What to Expect

During your complimentary consultation, our goal is to make you feel comfortable, informed, and excited about what’s possible for your smile.

  • A Warm Welcome: Our front desk team will greet you and get you checked in.

  • Talk Through your Goals: Before anyone looks in your mouth, we listen. Tell us what's bothering you, what you're hoping for, and any past dental experiences that shape how you feel about treatment.

  • 3D Scan & Digital Photos: A digital 3D iTero® scan and a set of smile photographs.

  • Assessment with the Dentist: Dr. Dora examines your teeth, bite and gums, walks you through what she sees on the scan, and explains which options are realistic for you and why.

  • See your Options: We'll compare the approaches side by side, show you a simulation of your projected Invisalign® result where applicable, and answer every question.

  • Treatment Plan & Next Steps: Our treatment coordinator reviews your written quote, timelines, insurance and financing. If you're ready, we can often get you started the same day.

How to Prepare

Once your consultation is booked you'll receive a welcome email with a few quick things to take care of. Doing these ahead of time means we can spend the whole hour on your smile.

2. Complete the Dental Records Release Form.
If your current dentist has taken X-rays in the last 24 months, please fill out this form and we will obtain them.

1. Complete your Health History Form.
Your health history and consent forms will be sent by email shortly after you schedule your consultation.

3. Bring anyone whose part of the decision.

For Invisalign®, we finalize your digital treatment plan and fit your first aligners. For cosmetic work, we plan the design, and bonding can often be completed in a single appointment.

2 - Getting Started

Short, efficient check-ins scheduled around your life. When treatment finishes, retainers keep everything in place, and whitening can add the final polish.

3 - Ongoing Care

Important Information

  • The complimentary consultation is for Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry (bonding, veneers, whitening). It is a focused assessment, not a full dental check-up. If you'd also like a comprehensive exam, cleaning and X-rays, ask us about the New Patient Experience.

  • You don't need to be an existing patient or have a referral. Anyone is welcome to book.

  • Any X-rays needed to finalize a treatment plan will be discussed with you before they're taken.

  • We ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

Common Questions

  • No. Many patients are referred by their family dentist, but just as many book on their own. Either way, you're welcome.

  • The consultation, scan, photos, assessment and quote are complimentary and there's no obligation to go ahead. We'd rather you make an informed decision than a rushed one.

  • Plan for about an hour. We'd rather not rush any part of it, so please make sure you're free for the full appointment.

  • Often, yes. If you're ready after your consultation, we can take any final records and begin your Invisalign plan, or book your cosmetic appointment right away.

  • Dr. Dora will tell you honestly. Sometimes a small amount of bonding or reshaping achieves what you're after with less time and cost; sometimes a combination works best. You'll hear every realistic option, not just one.

  • Cosmetic treatment is generally not covered, but many plans contribute to Invisalign care. Bring your details and our team will help you understand your coverage and set up a payment plan if you'd like one.
