    Job Title: Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant

    Location: Smile Society Dentistry, 900 Bank Street Unit 110 Ottawa ON

    Position Type: Full Time or Part Time

    Smile Society Dentistry is a privately-owned dental practice committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare to our patients. With a focus on quality, expertise and innovation, we bring a positive and comfortable experience for every individual who walks through our doors. At Smile Society we strive to be the kind of space that our team and patients look forward to visiting.

    We are currently looking for a Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant to support our clinical team with day-to-day operations and patient care.

    The Role:

    • Instrument sterilization and infection control

    • Flipping and preparing operatories between patients

    • Assisting dentists and hygienists as needed

    • Taking digital impressions / 3D scans

    • Taking dental x-rays (if HARP-certified)

    • General clinical support to keep the day running smoothly

    The Skills:

    • Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness

    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting

    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

    • Dental experience is an asset but not required

    • HARP certification is required

    • Willingness to learn and grow with our clinic
